Why he became licensed
He did not set out to become a real estate agent. Encouragement from mentors, friends and family led him to get licensed and develop a deeper understanding of residential and commercial opportunities.

Chase and Travis co-own the property that houses Futures Training Center in Long Beach. It gives them a direct interest in both the facility's long-term use and the business it supports.
Ownership keeps the evaluation practical: lease terms, operating costs, tenant needs and the property's continued upkeep.
Residential
Representation built on relationships.
He also represents residential clients, often through existing relationships and introductions. The work is personal, supported by the experience of his RE/MAX team.
