Real Estate

An owner's perspective.

Chase invests in property and helps others make informed real estate decisions. His focus is commercial ownership and the relationship between property and operating businesses.

Why he became licensed

He did not set out to become a real estate agent. Encouragement from mentors, friends and family led him to get licensed and develop a deeper understanding of residential and commercial opportunities.

That knowledge supports both his own investments and the guidance he offers people he knows.

Ownership

Commercial ownership in Long Beach.

Chase and Travis co-own the property that houses Futures Training Center in Long Beach. It gives them a direct interest in both the facility's long-term use and the business it supports.

Ownership keeps the evaluation practical: lease terms, operating costs, tenant needs and the property's continued upkeep.
