Baseball + FTRS
Still in the game.
Professional experience, applied to the next generation through Futures Training Center and the baseball community.
The game
Chase spent 12 years in professional baseball and played for six Major League clubs. Primarily a middle infielder, he expanded into a super-utility role in the latter half of his MLB career, playing every position except catcher, including time on the mound.
The broader role demanded a more deliberate approach to preparation. He learned to plan his work, use time wisely and seek the right expertise. Those habits now inform his approach to athlete development and business.

Measured development
Feedback athletes can use.
FTRS combines coaching with performance testing to help athletes understand their progress and guide their training. The measurements support better decisions about what comes next.
Beyond the field
A connection that continues.
Youth clinics, ballpark visits and conversations with young players have been part of Chase's relationship with baseball during his career and since.
