Athlete Transition
Be what you once needed.
Chase helps professional athletes think through life after playing, drawing on his own transition and the lessons he continues to learn.
A starting point
Leaving professional sport can change more than a job. It can change the routine, relationships and sense of direction built over a lifetime in the game.
Chase's approach begins with a question: What do you want your life to look like? Family, interests, location and the shape of an ordinary day help define the work worth pursuing.
He offers peer perspective through summit panels and mentorship, alongside the specialist support career professionals provide. The goal is to help athletes make decisions with more clarity and less pressure to have every answer immediately.
